COLLEGES ATTENDED THROUGH THE HELP OF CHAD HALL AND KERRY ROGERS
Chad Hall brings a wealth of knowledge to the Indiana Trailblazers Organization. He has been involved with little league baseball, softball, and basketball throughout the years. He’s been coaching his own children as well as kids from the surrounding communities. As his sons became older they wanted to compete at a higher level, so they advanced into travel baseball and basketball. Chad understands first hand the sacrifice, commitment, and value of travel sports. He and his wife have spent many evenings going in different directions while chasing sporting events, but would do it all again knowing the benefits and skills it provided their children with. Overall Chad has 16 years coaching experience in baseball, softball, and basketball with 7 years being with Hoosier Bulldogs and Diamond Dynamics travel teams.
Kerry Rogers comes to the Indiana Trailblazers as a seasoned baseball instructor with 32 years of experience in a fast paced environment. He has the ability to break down drills and develop a player’s fundamental skills in a short period of time. He has a track record of having athletes achieve exceptional results and getting those athletes to believe in the process, as well as them working harder than they ever thought possible. Kerry has developed players into Division 1, Team USA and MLB draft talent. He has the ability to coach and instruct all aspects of the game due to his 32 years of baseball experience in coaching and instruction. Kerry has also attended several coaching clinics over the years, such as the annual American Baseball Coaches Association clinic, as well as conducting clinics of his own for local players and youth league coaches. He has learned to communicate with players not only of different age groups, but different backgrounds too. Over time, he has come to understand the advantage of listening to colleagues, observing more and speaking only when the situation calls for personal input or instruction. Kerry has coached at all levels of the game, from tee ball to division 1 college baseball. He started coaching and instructing youth league baseball at age sixteen and has continued over the years working up to older age groups as his experience and teaching abilities increased.
